We take the repair of cell phones very seriously. We understand that cell phones are an essential part of our daily lives and that a malfunctioning device can cause significant inconvenience. To ensure that our customers receive the best service possible, we have established the following cell phone repair policy:
Repair Services: We offer a variety of repair services, including screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, and software updates. Our experienced technicians will diagnose the problem with your phone and provide an estimate for the cost of repairs before proceeding.
Warranty: We offer a limited warranty of 30 days on all repairs. If your phone experiences the same issue within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional cost. However, if the phone has been damaged due to customer negligence or misuse, the warranty will not cover the repair.
Turnaround Time: We strive to complete all repairs as quickly as possible. However, the time required to repair your phone may vary depending on the extent of the damage and the availability of replacement parts.
Cost: The cost of repairs will vary depending on the extent of the damage and the type of repair required. Our technicians will provide you with an estimate of the cost before beginning any repairs. Every customer has 15 days to pick up their electronic devices at the price that was arranged. After those 15 days, $1 will be added everyday or $25 every month. For storage fee.
